Trent C. Keisling is a registered patent attorney with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas. His practice includes patent, trademark, and copyright litigation in federal court, where he has represented plaintiffs and defendants ranging from individuals and small businesses to publicly traded companies. He has also represented inventors before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for many years, helping clients acquire valuable patent and trademark protection.
David B. Pieper is a registered patent attorney with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas. His practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation, including matters involving business methods, electrical circuits, and mechanical designs. He also brings practical industry experience in marketing and product design for power and distribution components, and he has taught courses including Patent Law, Entertainment Law, and Introduction to Intellectual Property as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
